How does apartment management change?

According to the principles contained in the Law on Condominium Property, it is mandatory to create apartment management if there are more than eight and eight independent sections in apartment buildings.

If a person is appointed to the management as a result of the meeting with the floor owners, he receives the title of director. If at least three people are appointed to the management as a result of the meeting with the floor owners, he has the title of Board of Directors.
