Apartment Meeting Call Example


In the

apartment, the owners need to hold meetings at least once a year. The owners meet at the times indicated in the management plan. If such a time is not indicated in the management plan, it is collected in the first month of each calendar year.

In collective structures, on the other hand, the boards meet in the first month of the second calendar year at the times indicated in the management plans, not less than once every two years, if no such time is indicated.

For the meeting of the board of owners of the floor, the manager must call. When making the first call, at the first meeting, it is also indicated where and on what date the second meeting will be held, if a sufficient number cannot be provided.

Sample example of a call to an apartment meeting;

The board of floor owners shall convene as usual (or extraordinary) in the apartment shelter at.../.../... day to discuss and decide the following agenda items.

If sufficient numbers are not provided at this meeting, the second meeting will be held at the same place on the day.../.../... without calling a majority (majority).

All floor owners are kindly requested to attend the meeting or represent themselves.../.../...

Agenda:

1) Opening, polling and election of the Chairman of the Divan and members of the meeting.

2) Granting the signature authority to the presiding officer

3) Reading the agenda and additions

4) Reading the executive activity report and auditor's report; discussing accounts and

reproach of the manager.

5) Election of new manager and auditor.

6) Wishes.

7) Closing.
