Building Attendant (Doorman) Employment Contract and Duties
In
real estate with a janitor, it is necessary to clearly determine in what conditions the janitor will work, with how much salary, and this should be poured into an official document. This document, which has the status of an official document, is called a janitor employment contract.
The employment contract concluded with the janitor must contain the type of employment contract and the form of work, the name and address of the employer and workplace, the identity of the janitor, the date of commencement of work, the work to be performed, the basic wage and wage supplements, the manner and time of payment of wages, the duration of the work and intermission, if any, special provisions, the date of arrangement and the signature of the parties.
If part of the employment contract with the janitor is contrary to the regulation of housing janitors or other legislation, the contract does not completely lose its validity. In this case, the contrary provisions in the contract become invalid. Invalid provisions are replaced by provisions in the legislation.
Duties of the janitor;

- Seeing service services at designated hours, collecting garbage, arranging and maintaining the garden,
- To comply with the training provided and to use protective material,
- To perform other duties specified in the labor or collective agreement.
A
janitor's employment contract can be terminated for many reasons. If the janitor terminates the employment contract for the stated reasons, he can receive severance pay.
