The repair pre-permit certificate, which specifies the content of repairs and repairs, is called the document that will be issued by KUDEB, the Directorate of the Regional Council of Conservation or the General Directorate of Foundations before implementation.
As can be seen in the definition, in protected areas this permission is obtained from the protection, enforcement and inspection bureau.
The certificate of conformity for repair refers to the document to be issued by the relevant administration that the renovations and repairs have been completed in accordance with the repair pre-permit certificate.
According to the relevant regulation; after the renovation and repair application is completed, the applications made are examined by KUDEB specialists. If the application is completed in accordance with the permit certificate, a certificate of conformity for repair is issued
.If it is determined that essential repairs are required in the applications started within the scope of renovation and repair, the application is stopped and notified to the district protection board directorate together with the relevant documents.
Renovations and repairs in parcels adjacent to the immovable cultural asset parcel and in protected areas and sites and unregistered structures licensed in accordance with applicable legislation are carried out within the scope of this article (a).
It is mandatory to obtain permission from the conservation district board for renovations and repairs on sites where there is no conservation zoning plan and for all applications outside the site.
Applications contrary to the reclamation, restitution and restoration projects approved by the conservation area boards shall be notified by KUDEB to the conservation district board directorate. The repair application is stopped by KUDEB until a decision from the protection district board
