Add your first collection

You can add collections on multiple screens on Biyos. In addition, you can add bulk collection and part in collection.

First, click on the “Fees” link in the left menu. On the page that opens, click on the debit item listed and to which you want to add a collection. Click the “Add Collection” button in the upper right corner of the debt detail screen that opens.

On the “Add Collection” screen that opens in the front;

Description: This section comes in an autofilled form by Biyos and adds it in the form of a collection at the end of the description you wrote earlier. If you wish, you can edit it or write a new description.

Amount: In this section it comes again automatically filled by Biyos. For example, if you collect a debt of 100 TL, it will automatically write 100 TL. However, if you are collecting 50 TL of this debt, you can write it as 50 TL so you can make a partial collection.

Date: You can choose the date you collect. Automatically today comes the date. You can choose a retroactive date.

Safe/Bank: You can choose the safe or bank from which you collect.

Receipt: Once you register the collection when you activate the receipt option, Biyos takes you directly to the receipt printing screen. If you don't activate this option, you can also print your receipt later.

Finally, you can save the collection record you created by clicking on the “Save” button.

Another method is; Click on the account name you want to collect from the “Search account” section at the top or click on the “Accounts” link in the left menu and click on the “Accounts” link from the page that opens.
