Make your first expense payment


Click on the “Expenses” link in the left menu to view the expense records we created earlier and add payments.

The expenses
page that opens lists the expenses that you created earlier. Let's open the expense detail page by clicking on the expense record for which we want to pay. Then I go to the information on the add payment screen, which opens to the front by clicking on the “Add Payment” button in the upper right corner.

On the “Add Payment” screen that opens in the front;

Description: This section adds autocomplete revenue by Biyos to the end of the description you wrote when creating expenses in the form of... payment. If you wish, you can edit it or write a new description.

Amount: In this section it comes again automatically filled by Biyos. For example, if you make an expense payment of 100 TL, it will automatically write 100 TL. However, if you are going to pay 50 TL of this expense, you can write it as 50 TL so you can make a partial payment.

Date: You can choose the date you made the payment. Automatically today comes the date. You can choose a retroactive date.

Cashier/Bank: You can choose the safe or bank where you pay.

Receipt: Once you have saved the payment when you activate the receipt option, Biyos takes you directly to the receipt printing screen. If you don't enable this option, you can save your expense receipt and print it later.

Finally, you can save the payment record you created by clicking on the “Save” button.
