Creating Tenant and Floor Owners

We have created your site and apartments. As a first step, you can start by assigning floor owners and tenants to the respective apartments.

To create and assign your tenants and floor estates to apartments:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the Site menu and select the Apartments tab.
3. Open the assignment screen by clicking on the person assign link in the Floor Maliki and Tenant column of the respective apartment.
4. Write the name of the person you are going to assign and select the date.

Other operations;

• Change floor owner or tenant: To change the tenant or floor owner you have assigned, click on the icon to the right of the names when you hover over the names. You have saved the new contact by typing in the name and date from the pop-up window. If the circle is empty, you saved it without writing
a name.
• Assign administrators and supervisors: Apartments can assign administrators and supervisors from tenants or apartment owners by clicking on the links - assign administrator -, - supervisor assign - from the area on the right of the screen.
• Removing the tenant to make the apartment empty: When you hover over the name of the tenant you want to remove, click on the icon that appears to the right of the names. In the window that opens in the front, you do not write anything in the new tenant information, and you select the apartment status as empty and save it
. Delete a
• circle: You can delete the circle by clicking on the icon located to the right of the circles. However, if there are people connected to the apartment and financial transactions that you are going to delete, you cannot delete that apartment.
• Editing Apartment&Site information: While in the Site menu, you can edit apartment information from the window that opens by clicking on the Edit button located in the upper right corner of the screen.

Tips;

• You can access the current movements of that person by clicking on the names of the floor owner or tenant.
• By clicking on the block names, you can see only the circles and people that are in that block.
• You can view the apartment card and apartment history by clicking on the apartment numbers.
