Make Your First Collection

You entered your apartments, apartment dwellers and debts. It's time to make your first collection.

To make a collection:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Finance tab in the Site menu.
3. Click the Add Motion section at the bottom.
4. Click on the Collection link from the drop-down menu.
5. Select the person and apartment from which the money in the opened penny is charged.
6. Fill in the Amount section at the bottom.
As soon as
7. you enter the amount, the Biyos automatically selects the last debt of the person and its amount to be collected, generates a description. To collect another debt, click the Edit button
.
8. You have saved the collection by pressing the Save button.

New Collection Screen:


Serial No: It is the serial number of the transaction made. Biyos generates the serial number for each process sequentially.

Date: It is the field in which the transaction date is entered.

Kasa Bank: It is the area in which the collection is chosen where the collection is made.

Account: This is the area in which you select the person to whom the collection is made.

Amount: It is the field in which the amount charged is written. According to the amount you write down, the person's debts will be listed at the bottom. It is shown that the lines marked in red are partially paid, and the areas marked in green are paid in full.

Description: It is a description of the collection. Biyos automatically fills in accordance with the selected current movements. You can change it if you wish.

Tips;

You
• can enter your own serial number once as the serial number. The Biyos will continue by increasing the serial number you entered in your next transactions
by one.
• You can add the new vault or bank account from the Finance > Safe - Bank menu.
• It is enough to write 2-3 letters when writing the name of the person you are collecting. The bio will list the concubines at the bottom that match the letters you have written. You can select the current account by clicking on it from the list
. The
• description field will be entered automatically by Biyos according to the selected current movements. You can change it if
you wish.
• By clicking on the Edit button located under current movements, you can see all current liabilities and select outstanding debts to collect.
