Biyos Update Process
Biyos software is a software that is constantly evolving and updated with feedback from Biyos users. Each feedback from Biyos users is recorded in the Biyos Support System and added to the agenda of the weekly development meeting. If the requests addressed in the development meetings are accepted, the update is included in the business plan in order of importance. Requests that are not accepted are held in the event that the same request may be received by other users.
Order of Importance and Timing;
1-) Fatal Error: Stopping use of Biyos, not opening pages are computational errors that affect the software as a whole.
- It's a top priority. Prevents all updates.
2-) Error (Correction): These are errors that do not affect the user's use but need to be corrected.
- It is usually fixed in the update on the fifteenth and last day of each month.
3-) Improvement: Requests for improvement towards the use of existing software.
- It is usually fixed in the update on the last day of each month.
4-) New Feature: Requests for new features that users have requested in addition to existing software.
- Process: Determined according to the priority of benefits that the new feature will provide to other users, if necessary, presented to other user opinions > Screens are discussed and designed > Involved and developed in the development process > Tested > Released.
- Timing: The timing is very variable based on the detail and size of the desired new feature. The user is informed of the stages that take place in this process and a clear timing knowledge is reached when new features are included in the development process.
