  • - Concierge apartment or rooms
  • - General laundry and drying places
  • - General coalworks and communal garages
  • - Sockets and closed parts located outside the independent section are dedicated to the protection of electricity, water and air gas clocks
  • - Heated apartments
  • - Wells and cisterns
  • - General water tanks of the structure
  • - Shelters
  • - Sewage facilities and garbage ducts, heating, water, air gas and electrical installations, common network and antennas for telephone, radio and television, hot and cold weather installations, as well as antennas, outside each floor of the apartment building,
  • - Roofs, chimneys, public dam terraces, rain gutters, fire safety stairs. Apart from the above, other places and things that are necessary for joint use, protection or exploitation also fall within the scope of the scope.
