What the Apartment Manager Should Pay Attention


1. Apartment and
site managers should definitely read the "CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY LAW NO. 634" and learn their powers.

2. Every apartment must have a “MANAGEMENT PLAN”.

3. The Management Plan is a legislation in which the issues contained in the Law on Condominium are recorded, which will be applied primarily in the administration of the apartment building.

4. The Management Plan is a decision that must be taken by a majority of 4/5 apart from the decisions taken by the owners of the Floors, which must be kept in the deed register after it is approved by the notary.

5. Unless otherwise provided in the Management Plan, owners and beneficiaries on behalf of the owners must pay dues and expenses at the rate of land shares.
