6- Overworking days and overtime hours are notified when the floor owners are installed or as necessary by the manager.
7- The remuneration is paid by the manager on the fifth day of each month and in the workplace. The payment of the remuneration is made in accordance with article 30 of the labor law.
8- In the following cases, the janitor has one grommet, and in the case of repetition, two to three cubits are cut according to the situation.
- If the janitor does not perform the tasks that he is supposed to do even though he is reminded, a journal cut, two journal cuts are made repeatedly.

11- The janitor is completely free during their rest breaks, not counting working hours. The janitor does not have to serve the owners of the floor or other persons in their place during their break. Despite this, he cannot claim to be working overtime if he is spontaneously engaged in such work.
12- The board of floor owners or the administrator on their behalf may change the start and end times of the above-mentioned working hours provided that they notify one week in advance.
13- The manager is free to employ the janitor on public holidays and national holidays or not. If the janitor is employed on public holidays, the fee for these days will be paid 100%. The janitor can't be unable to work these days.

16- The janitor uses annual paid leave within the period specified by the labor law No. 1475, on the date indicated by the manager.
17- The work mentioned above shall be carried out only by the janitor during working hours.
18- The janitor's duty shall not be in any way interlocutors with the inhabitants of the apartment in the relevant matters. They will carry out their business in a healthy way by contacting the relevant manager on all kinds of issues
19- The janitor is responsible for the heating chamber and for the tools and precepts delivered to him by embezzlement and is liable to use the consumables given to him scrupulously. If it damages them as a result of obvious negligence, the damage will be paid.
20- The janitor generally avoids rude, harsh and ugly words, taking care not to depart from mutual respect for those who live in the apartment in particular. The manager makes the necessary effort to ensure that the owners and tenants of the floor treat the janitor and family members well.
