Let's click on the Administration link in the left menu to conduct enforcement follow-up of an apartment resident with whom we have initiated enforcement proceedings. Let's click on “Execution Tracking” from the management tools located on the Administration page.
If we have previously registered enforcement records on the enforcement track page, it will be listed. From the records listed, we can see the status of enforcement proceedings and make edits.
Click on the “Add Enforcement” button in the upper right corner of the Enforcement Tracking page.
Data requested from us on the add execution page that opens; File name/description: Let's write a name to the enforcement
file we just created. For example; such as the person's name or file number...
Account: Let's select it from the list by typing the name of the person with whom we have started the execution follow-up.
Liabilities: In this section, let's select the outstanding debts of the person from among the overdue debts of the person by clicking on the “Select tracked debts” button of the current account that we have selected above.
Status: Let's select the status of enforcement proceedings.
Lawyer: Let's write down the name of the attorney who authorized the enforcement proceedings and the date we gave it to the lawyer.
Upload your documents: You can upload documents related to enforcement proceedings.
Finally, we will complete the registration of enforcement proceedings by clicking on the Save button.
Note: Debt items received for enforcement proceedings can no longer be collected by the manager or the resident of the apartment. It must be collected through a lawyer. If, in a possible case, it is desired to collect the relevant debts, the corresponding debts are removed from the enforcement proceedings.
