To get back the apartment owner you let out in Biyos,
Enter Administration> Apartments> Relevant apartment.
Hover over the name of the former apartment owner/tenant at the bottom of the page.
Click on the yellow undo icon that will appear in the left field.
Information will appear on the screen for your consent. If you agree, your floor owner/tenant will be refunded
.Note: The floor owner/tenant space that you will get back in the respective apartment must be empty.
