See payments made in online collection
On the Biyos platform, you can access the payments made by your apartment residents through online collections by following the following steps:
You can view payments by going to Profile > Settings > Applications > Online Collection > Collections & Refunds.
When you click on the corresponding payment line on the screen, details about the payment will be displayed, such as the Cardholder, Description, and Amount Paid.
If you click on the line once again, the description of the debt, the account and the amount paid will appear on the screen.
By clicking on the debit ID located on the left side of the payment line, you will be directed to the debt details.
