What is Biyos?

Can I create a business project?

You can use the business book in Biyos to regularly record the income and expenses of the apartment and ensure accountability. This method is quite useful by apartment management or site management for tracking dues paid by residents and expenses incurred.

Can I post an announcement?

Through Biyos, you can easily share announcements that you want to share with your apartment residents.

Your apartment residents can view these announcements and allow them to comment if you wish.

You can also add dates to your announcements and keep track of the number of people who read

it.

Can I send SMS?

To your apartment dwellers in the system content;

You can send SMS in the system content using the options of debt notification, overdue debt notification, category debt notification and user login information in bulk or individually.

Can I do counter sharing?

Can I filter delay compensation?

You can activate the delay compensation feature in Biyos. Delay compensation is automatically applied to all debts, so filtering cannot be done for specific debts. However, by updating the due date of debts, you can extend their maturity and thus ensure that they are exempt from late compensation.

I entered data for testing, can I reset the system?

You

Can I make automatic debits?

In the

Biyos content, you can make a lump-sum debit to your apartment residents every month and automatically reflect these debts.

If you wish, you can make a loan only to the owners of the floor, and if you wish, to all the residents of the apartment. Aggregate debits that you create thanks to the “Repeat” feature are automatically repeated every month between the dates you set.

Can I choose an exception for lump-sum borrowing?

Can I edit the repeat task?

You can edit the repetitive tasks you create in Biyos as you wish.

You can easily manage your transactions by updating details such as amount, date, contacts and category.

Can I get back the lump-sum debit?

undo the transaction by deleting the lump sum that you created in Biyos. If necessary, you can recreate the debit.

Cashier and Bank

Is it possible to integrate with each bank?

We have integration with all banks in Biyos content.

Is there bank integration?

Bank integration is available in Biyos content.

You can enter your income, expense, bill payments on one screen. The integration process in this compliance screen will not tire you and will save you time.

Are payments automatically charged in bank integration?

The bank integration carried out in Biyos allows you to manage all your transactions from a single screen. Once the integration is complete, your bank movements will be put on hold to be matched in the system. In order to ensure the accuracy of your transactions, all actions must be subject to user approval. This process is critical to prevent possible errors, and it is necessary to adhere to this procedure in each process. Therefore, transactions are not automatically charged.

Advanced Operations

Can I view transactions in BIOS?

The operations performed in Biyos are listed on a single screen.

You can view all the actions you have done in the Biyos content from the Profile > Settings > Applications > System log area.

Even if you have made a wrong action, it is very easy to detect in Biyos.

Can I collect online by credit card?

You can apply for

collection online through your site and activate this feature. On the other hand, your apartment residents can easily view their debts and make the corresponding payments.

Can I reflect a delay raise?

Yes, you can apply a delay increase. The system calculates the accrual of arrears on past due loans on a monthly basis and reflects it on debts on a daily basis.

Can I transfer the debt of the floor owner to the tenant?

You can simplify your transactions by transferring the debentures created in Biyos from the owner of the apartment to the tenant with the option of Transfer Debit.

Can I view the recent login information of apartment residents?

Can I view the login information of apartment residents?

When you add apartment residents to the system in Biyos, their login information is automatically generated. For each apartment resident, special login information is defined by the system. Through the administration panel, you can view the login information of apartment residents and update them if necessary.
