Is the starter package continuous?
The Biyos starter plan does not have any duration. This plan will be free now and always!
Is there any cost to collect by credit card?
Yes, residents pay an additional 1.95% commission on payment. Payments are made without deductions to your official site account.
Can my residents also use Biyos?
Of course, all your flat residents can use all of the Biyos desktop and mobile applications and make online payments.
Can we use mobile applications in the starter package?
Of course, you and your residents can use our IOS and Android applications in the markets.
What does an email notification mean?
You can also report debt, reconciliation and meeting notifications to the residents via free e-mail service.
What does automatic bulk debiting mean?
Biyos, accrues your recurring debts on your behalf regularly every month and saves you the burden of entering debt every month.
Can I see my bank transactions in Biyos?
Biyos is integrated with all banks in Turkey. You can view your bank account transactions in Biyos and process them into the system.
How many days is the free trial period?
Our free trial period is 14 days. If you need a trial beyond this period, please contact our support team.
Is there a fee for SMS?
Yes, in order to be able to send sms via Biyos, you need to buy SMS credits.
How can I pay?
You can make your Biyos payments either monthly or annually by money transfer and credit card. If you wish, you can pay in installments for your annual payments to your credit card.
Can I Cancel My Subscription?
